01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 4d8 ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 4d8 platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other permitted access method — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account if applicable.

02 User Eligibility

07 Game Rules

- The outcome of all games on the 4d8 platform is determined by the system Random Number Generator (RNG) independently verified, ensuring complete fairness.
- In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, 4d8 will endeavour to restore the session. If restoration is not possible, any affected bets will be returned to the user's account balance.
- The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is as stated in that game's information and is subject to normal statistical variance.
- Any attempt to manipulate or exploit bugs in the game software is a serious breach of these Terms.
08 Prohibited User Conduct
4d8 users are expected to use the platform in a responsible and ethical manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action against your account:

- By 4d8: We reserve the right to suspend or close the account of any user who violates these Terms, without prior notice in the case of serious violations.
- Self-Exclusion: Users who apply for self-exclusion on responsible gaming grounds will be processed within the stipulated timeframe. Excluded accounts cannot be reactivated during the exclusion period.

10 Limitation of Liability
